From our entire team at Fort Family Practice, we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

It has been a uniquely challenging year. Keeping in mind the current public health orders in place, we hope that you are able to connect with friends and family from afar to still maintain a sense of togetherness this holiday season.

Please note the following changes to our schedule:

  • Friday, Dec 18 - office closes at 12 pm

  • Thursday, Dec 24 - office closes at 12 pm

  • Friday, Dec 25 - office is closed

  • Monday, Dec 28 - office is closed in lieu of Boxing Day

  • Thursday, Dec 31 - office closes at 12 pm

  • Friday, Jan 1 - office is closed

Our office will be back to our regular schedule on January 4, 2021.

If you have not already taken note, we are having some physician changes in the new year. Dr. Windy Brown will be leaving our office, and we are being joined by Dr. Steven Hansen. Please click here to read their respective letters to their patients.

We are aware of childhood vaccinations being cancelled at our local Public Health clinics, due to the overwhelming demand for public health nurses in contact tracing for COVID-19. Our office is now offering 2, 4, and 6 month vaccinations. Please call our office to book an appointment.
